By agreeing to the terms, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Sizing Chart for the items being purchased and have confirmed they are the appropriate size based on the measurements provided.
Each order is processed within 1-4 Business days of the order being processed, (excludes Saturdays and Sundays). If you Pre-order your order will be processed once the product is received. After the Order is processed please allow 3-5 business days for Priority & 7-10 business days for First Class Mail Delivery. All orders come with a tracking number. Priority shipping comes with insurance. This ensures our customers will receive a refund if the package is lost or damaged. Please be mindful USPS is still experiencing some delays nationwide. It is possible that once we ship your order through USPS could take longer than the first class and priority shipping time frame.
Return Policy
You must email customer service within 2 days to request the return or exchange, any claims made after 2 business days will NOT be accepted. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. All items must be returned in their original condition; unused, unopened, including packaging. We cannot accept items that have been worn or altered -- they will be shipped back at the customer’s expense. The customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges for the exchanged item. Kindly contact us first via email before sending out the parcel for faster and better customer service. You will be issued a return authorization number to include in your package. We make the best efforts to ensure that all orders are carefully inspected by our staff for damages and defects prior to shipping. In the case of defective or wrong items, please contact customer service via e-mail within one (1) business day of delivery and provide the nature of the defect. Any claims made after one (1) business day will NOT be accepted. Our excellent customer service team will work with you to resolve the situation. If a damaged item is received due to rough delivery, LizzieB is not liable for these damages, and claims need to be made with the carrier company. There will be no refund on swimwear, undergarments(Tights/Shorts and shapewear), customized or sale items.
